St. Vincent & the Grenadines Human Rights Association

A brief profile of the serving Central Committee members of the SVGHRA is as follows:-

	President - Ms. Nicole Othlyn Michelle Sylvester
	Partner & Private Law Practice in the firm of O. R. Sylvester & Co. in the State of St. Vincent & the Grenadines which includes being one of the principal advisors in the following subject areas: Commercial Law, International Fianance, Civil Litigation, Banking Law, Intellectual Property, Insurance Law, Trade Unions, Admiralty, Taxation, Conveyance, Real Estate, Constitutional, Human Rights and Criminal Law, Trademark and Patent Agent, Certified Mediator.

	Vice President - Mrs. Phyllis Ralph-Browne
	Mrs. Phyllis Ralph Browne, Vice-President, is a Qualified Nurse, and is presently a Nursing Tutor at the SVG-Nursing School. Her employment as a Health Education enables her to bring her experience to bear on the work of the Association.

	Treasurer - Mrs. Silma Mc Lean
	Mrs. Silma Mc Lean is a Public Servant attached to the Health Services (Insect Vector Control Department). She is also an Executive member of the National Workers Movement (A Trade Union Body).

	PRO/Education Secretary - Ms. Jeannie Ollivierre
	Ms. Jeannie Ollivierre – P.R.O. A retired Civil Servant. Her last position was Head of the Gender Affairs Unit, Ministry of Social Development. She has brought a wealth of experience on Women Issues.

	Secretary - Ms. Samantha Robertson
