WHAT WE DO

What We Do at SVGHRA
WORK PROGRAMME

PLANNED ACTIVITIES FOR 2004

In the year 2003 we have identified two areas of concerns that need to be addressed:

  • Gender Concerns (Domestic Violence)
  • Human Rights and HIV\AIDS-Focussing on Stigma and Discrimination

and have developed project proposals for both areas. We are presently seeking funding to execute these projects.

However, in September, 2003 we received a small amount of funding from Family Health International, through the National NGO Grouping, of which we are part, to commence work on Human Rights and HIV\AIDS Focussing on Stigma and Discrimination. This has started in the latter part of September and is continuing presently with the hope of accessing new and adequate funding for 2004.

METHODOLOGY TO ACHIEVE CONCERNS ABOVE
